- Take the Limuru matatus Route (114) that go through Ndenderu
- Alight at Kabuku
- Then from the Kabuku junction to Thayu Farm,
- A motorbike would cost 50bob.

- Board one of the Limuru Matatus in Stage and Alight at Tigoni.

Driving From Westlands-Gigiri-Ruaka-Banana
- Drive on to Peponi Rd from Westlands
- Pass Vivo Activewear and Branch towards Thigiri Ridge Rd
- Turn Right at Muthaiga Junction towards Red Hill Rd
- Procced & Pass the Polish Embassy to the small junction
- Turn Left toward Limuru Rd
- At Ruaka Stage, you’ll see a sign for Brackenhurst Hotel
- Fork Right & Drive on towards Banana Town (Old Limuru Rd)
- You’ll Pass Banana town, Tigoni Study Center and Maramba Tea Estate.
- Drive on Straight & watch for a sign indicating Thayu Retreat & Conference Center.
- Turn left into this road
