KMTC Ugenya Campus was established In September 2016 and is situated in East Ugenya Location, Ugenya Sub County, within Siaya County. The campus is located approximately 10 kilometres off the Kisumu-Busia highway. It was established through the collaborative efforts of the KMTC Board of Directors and the Ugenya Constituency Development Fund.

For clinical experience, KMTC Ugenya Campus sends its students to various public hospitals, sub-county level hospitals, and referral hospitals across the country.
