1. Individual Membership
Cost: Ksh 3,000 per year
This cover provides 24/7 ambulance membership for individuals in towns where E-plus has ambulances.

This cover provides a 24/7 ambulance membership for a family in towns where E-plus has ambulances. Maximum number of 6 family members (principal, spouse and 4 children)

- Access to Medical Helpline 24/7.
- Free unlimited emergency ambulance services within a 30km radius
- Treatment and stabilization on site.
- Transfer to the nearest Hospital after stabilization.
- Covers spouse and up to four children. More children can also be added at an extra fee.
- Advance Notification to the receiving facility for speedy admission
This covers 24/7 ambulance membership for individuals in towns where E-plus has ambulances.

- Treatment and stabilization on site.
- Transfer to hospital after stabilization.
- Access to a medical taxi to take them to the hospital when need be at a negotiated rate
It provides 24/7 emergency ambulance service for students in towns where E-plus has ambulances. Ambulance service is restricted to within the school and during school hours.
- Open to institutions with a population of at least 100 students

Target Group: All registered companies & institutions
It covers 24/7 emergency ambulance service for residents in towns where E-plus has ambulances. Ambulance service is restricted to residential areas.
- A minimum of 50 families in an estate

- Transfer to Hospital after stabilization.
Target Group: Organised gated communities within towns where E-plus has ambulances. Estates with committees preferably.
7. SACCO Membership
This Covers a 24/7 ambulance membership for Sacco members only where E-plus has ambulances
