1. Copy of National ID for directors.

2. Certificate of good conduct for directors.

3. CV of business owner or business owners.

4. Certificate of incorporation.

5. Business PIN certificate.

6. Commercial activity for 18 months.

7. Valid/ current business certificate.

8. Current/ valid business permit.

9. VAT registers (where applicable).

10. Audited accounts for two years.

11. 6 months business statements of account.

12. Resolution to carry out agent banking.

13. Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) report.

14. Bankers cheque for 1,000 Ifo CBK (renewable annually).

15. Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA) approval (Saccos with FOSA) or other regulators.
