The German Embassy School also known as Deutsche Botschaftsschule Addis Abeba (DBSAA), is located along Lorenzo Tiezaz Street in the Aware neighbourhood of Addis Ababa. Founded in 1926 as an expert institution within the Missionary House, the school has since evolved into a thriving modern institution. DBSAA is supported by the German government.
The German Embassy School Addis Ababa follows the German Curriculum from kindergarten to secondary school. After secondary school, the students pursue The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), an academically challenging two-year pre-university curriculum leading to an internationally recognized diploma.
