How to Pay Your ELDOWAS Water Bill via M-PESA

Go to the M-Pesa Menu on your phone.
Select the Pay Bill Option.
Enter the business number 511000.
Enter your water account number e.g. 31XXXXX or 30XXXXX.
If the payment is for reconnection, enter REC31XXXXX / REC30XXXXX as the account.
Enter the amount you are paying
Enter your M-Pesa PIN.
