This is a guide on how to create a TSC TPAD account. Teacher Performance Appraisal & Development (TPAD) is a performance evaluation mechanism adopted by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) to assess the performance of teachers. It enhances professional growth and learning outcomes.
Teachers Service Commission (TSC) code of regulations for teachers, regulation 52 (1) provides for the commission to develop an open performance appraisal system for teachers in its employment. This is to strengthen, supervise and continuously monitor the performance of teachers in the maintenance of the teaching standards at the institutional level.
How to Create a TSC TPAD Account
1. Go to the TSC website or click on https://tpad2.tsc.go.ke/auth/create_account.
2. Fill in the required details that include;
- TSC number.
- ID number.
- Phone number (in the format 07xxxxxxx).
- Email address.
- Password (use a strong password for security reasons).
- Confirm password.
- Select the mode of notification, e.g. SMS.
3. Click on create, after correctly filling in the details required.
4. If successful, a notification will pop up and you will receive an SMS on your phone via the mobile number registered on the platform. The SMS message contains a code.
5. Enter the code received via the SMS.
6. Click on verify to complete the registration process.
Once the account has been created, you can log in and proceed to add bio data. You will be required to add your level of education and subject combination details or teaching subjects.
