How to Activate GOtv after Payment/clearing error E16
After making your payment, your screen might show an E16 error message. This happens when your decoder is turned off when making payment.
The simplest way of solving this error is by sending a text message with the word RESET followed by your IUC number to 22688. You can also dial *423# on your phone to clear the error.
The E16 error can, either way, be solved online at https://eazy.gotvafrica.com/en/ke/clear-error-code.
