7. Enter your Mpesa pin and press OK
8. You will receive a transaction confirmation message from Mpesa.
Multichoice Kenya will then update the payment and your viewing will be back to normal after a few minutes.
How to Activate GOtv after Payment/clearing error E16
After making your payment, your screen might show an E16 error message. This happens when your decoder is turned off when making payment.
The simplest way of solving this error is by sending a text message with the word RESET followed by your IUC number to 22688. You can also dial *423# on your phone to clear the error.
