- Choose the Parking Type of your choice
- Enter Your Vehicle Registration Number
- After entering your vehicle registration number, a Mpesa prompt will appear on your screen.
- Input your Mpesa PIN to complete your payment. Ensure that you have sufficient funds in your Mpesa account to cover the parking fee.
Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation message. Keep this message as proof of your payment.
How To Pay Via the Self-Service Portal

- Visit the Portal on epayments.embu.go.ke
- Register on the Portal- If you’re a new user, register by providing your details as prompted.
- Confirm Your Account- After registering, you’ll receive an SMS One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP when prompted to confirm and activate your account.
- Log In to the Portal- Once your account is activated, log in using your ID number and password.
- Access Parking Services- After logging in, click on “Pay for Parking” to access the parking services section of the portal.
- Enter Vehicle Details- Enter your vehicle details and any other required information, then click “Next.”
- Initiate Payment- Select “Pay Now” to initiate the payment process.
