How to Register for Hello Money

Dial *224#.
Select language (English or Kiswahili).
Select the self registration options.
Enter account number.
Press 1 to accept terms and conditions.
Enter date of birth details as requested.
Enter card number digits as requested.
Enter debit card’s expiry date.
Receive confirmation screen of successful registration.
Temporary mobile banking PIN will be sent to your device via SMS for you to personalise within 72 hours.

How to Change PIN

Dial *224#.
Enter temporary mobile banking PIN.
Enter new PIN.
Re-enter new PIN.

How to Reset PIN

Dial *224#.
Select 1 for ‘Forgot PIN’.
Input 1 to confirm.
