Below is a guide on how you can transfer money from your Mpesa account to your Equity Bank account using the Equitel service.
How to Transfer Money from Mpesa to Your Equity Bank Account
1. Go to your MPESA Menu
2. Select Lipa Na Mpesa
3. Select Paybill
4. Enter 247247 which is Equity Bank Mpesa Paybill
5. Select the Account number you would like to send the money to ( your bank account number )
6. Enter the amount of money you would like to send to your Equity bank.
7.Enter your MPESA pin.
8. Confirm if the details are okay the hit send
9. You will receive a confirmation SMS from Mpesa telling you that the transaction has been successful.
10. Equity bank will also send a text message to confirm that money has been deposited on your bank account.
