This is the fee structure for the International School of Kenya (ISK) as of 2023. It’s located along Kirawa Road in Nairobi’s leafy suburb of Runda.
Established in 1976, the school teaches using the North American curriculum. ISK has over 950 students from more than 65 countries. It is currently the most expensive school in Kenya with their grade 11- 12 students paying a tuition fee of $33,845 per academic year- equivalent to over Ksh 4,200,164.50 per year.
It is divided into three schools; elementary, middle and high school. The elementary school serves pre-kindergarten through grade 5 i.e. children ages 4-10. Middle school starts from grade 6 to 8 (ages 11-14) while the high school serves grade 9 through grade 12.
The academic school year of ISK runs from early August through early June; the first semester ends mid-December and the second semester commences in early January. It also boasts world-class educational facilities ranging from a well-equipped library to an art centre which enables students to reach their imaginative and creative potential.
