This is a list of all administrative wards in Tharaka Nithi County. Tharaka Nithi County borders the Counties of Embu to the South and South West, Meru to the North and North East, Kirinyiga and Nyeri to the West and Kitui to the East and South-East and covers approximately 2,662.1 Km2; including the shared Mt Kenya forest estimated to have 360Km2 in Tharaka Nithi County.
It’s headed by Governor Muthomi Njuki who was elected in the 2017 general elections through a Jubilee Party ticket. Tharaka Nithi County has six sub-counties which are further sub-divided into 15 electoral wards.
