This is a list of all Development Bank of Kenya branches and their contacts. It is one of the 42 licensed commercial banks in Kenya that has been in operation since 20th September 1996. The bank is owned by the government of Kenya under the Industrial and Commercial Development Corporation parastatal.
It started as a non-banking financial institution in 1963 whose principal activity was to promote and develop commercially viable projects. In 1964, DBK commenced financing operations as a Development Financial Institution until 1996 when it was licensed to operate as a commercial bank.
The Development Bank of Kenya’s head office is located on the 16th floor of Finance House, along Loita Street. They operate only two branches: one on the ground floor of Finance House along Loita Street, and another at Piedmont Plaza along 671 Ngong Road.
