This is a list of all packages offered by GOtv in Kenya and their respective prices as of 2024. GOtv is a low-cost Multichoice digital pay-TV that was launched in 2011. They offer a wide variety of channels, i.e. movies, music, children, news and sports which have continuously kept them ahead of their competitors.
All you need to access GOtv services is a GOtv decoder and a GOtenna. As of 2024, a new GOtv Decoder goes for Ksh 1,299 and comes bundled with a 1-month GOtv Plus package. A Gotenna is recommended for better reception at a price of Ksh 849.
They have seven packages; GOtv Lite Monthly, GOtv Value, GOtv Lite Quarterly, GOtv Plus, GOtv Lite (Annual), GOtv Max, and GOtv Supa. GOtv Lite guarantees you access to 21 channels at a monthly fee of Ksh 220, GOtv Value gives you access to 35 channels at a monthly fee of Ksh 669, GOtv Plus offers 45 channels at Ksh 999 per month while GOtv Max has access to 60 local and international channels for Ksh 1,499 per month. GOtv Supa gives access to more than 70 channels at Ksh 1,999 per month while GOtv Supa + costs Ksh 3,700. For GOtv Lite Quarterly and GOtv Lite (Annual), you will pay Ksh 550 and Ksh 1,300 respectively.

How To Pay GOtv Kenya Subscription Via Mpesa
1. Go to your Mpesa Menu
2. Select Lipa Na Mpesa
3. Select PayBill
4. Enter 423655 as the business number
5. Enter your Gotv IUC number – the one at the bottom of your decoder with a red sticker
6. Enter the amount you want to pay
7. Enter your Mpesa pin and press OK
8. You will receive a transaction confirmation message from Mpesa
How to Activate GOtv after Payment/clearing error E16
After making your payment, your screen might show an E16 error message. This happens when your decoder is turned off when making payment.
The simplest way of removing this error is by sending a text message with the word RESET followed by your IUC number to 22688. You can also dial *423# on your phone to clear the error.
