This is a list of hospitals in Taita Taveta County offering free maternity services. This free maternal service is an NHIF initiative dubbed Linda Mama which provides a package of health services accessed by the target population who are not able to pay for quality maternity services.
This initiative is funded by the public and through it, pregnant women and infants can get quality and affordable services and through this initiative, Kenya is geared towards achieving zero infancy mortality rates. Taita Taveta County has 93 health facilities and this 1 health facility is approved by NHIF to offer free maternal services.
