This is a list of licensed sisal fibre exporters in Kenya. Kenya is ranked third after Brazil and Tanzania as one of the largest producers of sisal. For one to export sisal, they must first meet all the quality standards set by the Kenya Sisal Board and then one must export through a marketing agent who is registered by the board.
It is usually recommended that all small scale growers of sisal contact the Kenya Sisal Board for the current market price before selling their sisal.
