This is a list of licensed claim-settling agents in Kenya as of 2025. Claims agents are appointed by the insurance companies to settle or negotiate insurance claims. They pay claims on behalf of an insurance company. Their primary role is to investigate the circumstances of a claim, assess the extent of the loss, and determine the compensation that the policyholder is entitled to receive.
In Kenya, claim-settling agents are licensed and regulated by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA).
