This is a list of National Polytechnics in Kenya. National polytechnics are middle-level technical training institutions that train youths or young people to acquire relevant skills and knowledge especially in areas revolving around Science, Technology and Innovation.

1. Eldoret National Polytechnic
Eldoret National Polytechnic is a middle-level training institution that trains youths to acquire skills and technical knowledge that are in line with the industrial growth of the country.
The institution’s main campus is located along the Eldoret- Kapsabet road. It has other campuses in Eldoret town, Bomet, Entebes and Turkana East.

2. Nyeri National Polytechnic
Nyeri National Polytechnic is one of the TVET institutions charged with the mandate of training middle level technical and vocational labour force. 3. Kenya Coast National Polytechnic

4. Kitale National Polytechnic
Kitale National Polytechnic was established in 1980 as a public institute under the provisions of the Education Act (CAP 211). It aims to produce globally competitive graduates through competency-based education and training, research and innovation for sustainable development.

5. Kisumu National Polytechnic
Kisumu National Polytechnic is located on the outskirts of Kisumu city, about 3 kilometres east of the city centre. The polytechnic offers a wide range of innovative, technical and dynamic courses and other programmes.

6. Meru National Polytechnic
Meru National Polytechnic was upgraded from Meru Technical Training Institute in 2016. The institution offers 3 Higher Diploma courses, more than 25 Diploma courses, 31 craft courses and 6 artisan courses. The polytechnic’s mission is to provide technical and vocational education and training for producing dependable skilled human resources for commerce and industry.

9. North Eastern National Polytechnic
North Eastern National Polytechnic was upgraded from a Technical Training Institute to a National Polytechnic in 2016. It offers technical and business training programmes to the youth. It is the only National Polytechnic in the North-Eastern region.
