Orthopaedics is a branch a medicine that deals with bones and muscles. It’s mainly concerned with the prevention or correction of deformities, injuries or disorders of the skeleton and its associated structures.
An orthopedist is a doctor who is devoted to diagnose, treat or prevent disorders of the bones, ligaments, joints, muscles and tendons in major areas of the body.
