2. Capital Markets Authority
It is a regulating body tasked with supervising, licensing and monitoring the activities of market intermediaries, including the stock exchange and the central deposit settlement system.

5. Kenya Investment Authority
It is responsible for facilitating the implementation of new investments and existing projects and organizing investment promotions both locally and internationally.
6. Kenya Revenue Authority
KRA was established by an Act of Parliament, Chapter 469 of the laws of Kenya, to collect revenue on behalf of the Government of Kenya.
7. Kenya Civil Aviation Authority
The authority regulates and oversees aviation safety and security, economic regulation of air services and the development of civil aviation.

It is responsible for the development, rehabilitation and maintenance of all national trunk roads.
9. Kenya Bureau Of Standards

13. Kenya Film Classification Board
It was established to regulate the creation, broadcasting, possession, distribution and exhibition of film and broadcast content with the aim of promoting our culture and national values.

It is the drug regulatory authority that regulates the practice of pharmacy and manufacture and trade in drugs and poison.

The authority is mandated to regulate and supervise the establishment and management of retirement benefit schemes.

The authority was established to regulate, supervise and develop the Sacco industry by promoting sound business practices.
