This is a list of schools for the visually impaired in Kenya. Visual impairment is the partial or complete loss of ability to see. Visual impairment may be caused by cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinitis pigmentosa, glaucoma, uncorrected refractive errors such as farsightedness, nearsightedness, astigmatism and presbyopia.

There are different types of visual impairment which may vary from one person to another. The common types of visual impairment include;
