This is a list of Solution Sacco branches in Kenya. Solution Sacco, formerly Meru Mwalimu Sacco, is a deposit-taking Sacco that was established in 1976 as a cooperative for teachers within the greater Meru District.
Members are drawn from teachers under TSC, employees of TSC secretariat, office of the president, Kenya National Union of Teachers, Meru teachers, cooperative, education ministries, government employees, chamas and other community-based organisations.
Initially, the Sacco’s products were restricted to savings mobilisation through share capital and normal Sacco loans. After a review of the Sacco’s act that allowed it to diversify services, it introduced more products for clients.
It is one of the largest deposit-taking Saccos in Kenya with an asset base of 8.31 billion.
