On Tuesday the popular Kenyan Musician commissioned the construction of Grogan ( Kirinyaga Road) after complains from the area motorists of the road being impassable. This comes a few days after Jaguar was visited Fuata Nyayo slums in the same constituency where he donated wheelchairs to children living with disability.
Speaking at Grogan, Jaguar said that the state of road has affected the business operations in the area which has been a big mess.
‘“Barabara za Glogon(Kirinyaga road) zimekuwa hazipitiki na biashara mingi zimeharibika haswa za watengenezangi Wa magari,wauzaji vyuma vya magari na wachuuzi pia..kama mbunge mtarajiwa Starehe nimeanza kazi ya kutengeneza barabara hizo ili biashara ziendelee…Mwamko mpya Starehe” Said the former NACADA director.
Jaguar, a Jubilee Party aspirant will be facing the incumbent Maina Kamande and City businessman Steve Mbogo for the hotly contested Starehe seat. Check out photos of how the commissioning went down;
