The president Uhuru Kenyatta enjoys a massive security detail of about 200 officers from the General service unit ( GSU ) The presidential escort unit accompanies the president wherever he goes in the country.

A team of 45 officers is attached to the deputy president’s escort unit.
Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka
They enjoy a security detail of about 12 officers each.
Cabinet secretaries.
Top cabinet secretaries such Fred Matiangi , Rachel Omamo and James Macharia have 10 body guards attached to them. According to a report by the standard, some Cabinet secretaries are said to be having only 3 body guards.
Principal secretaries
Principal secretaries have two to six police officers attached to each of them.
Governors
Each governor in Kenya has 12 police officers attached to them while their deputies have only three body guards.

Every member of parliament is attached with one body guard. Speakers of the National assembly and the senate have 10 body guards.
