Prime Bank Account Opening Requirements

(a). Individual Account

Copies of ID/ valid passport (of all applicants).
2 recent coloured passport size photographs of each individual.
Copy of birth certificate (for minors).
Copy of work permit (if applicable).
Copy of PIN certificate (of all applicants).
Copy of documentary proof of residence (utility bill/ telephone bill/ lease agreement/ tax return.
Annexure A for accounts in the name of more than one individual.

(b). Corporate Accounts

(i). Sole Proprietorship

Copy of valid ID/ passport of the proprietor.
One recent colour passport size photograph of the proprietor.
Copy of business name registration certificate.
Annexure B- Sole Proprietorship Declaration.
Copy of PIN of firm and proprietor.
Copy of documentary proof of residence/ utility bill/ telephone bill/ lease agreement/ tax returns.

(ii). Partnership

Copy of valid ID/ passport of all the partners.
One recent coloured passport size photo of all the partners.
Copy of business name registration certificate.
Annexure C- partnership declaration.
Copy of PIN of firm and partners.
Copy of utility bill (for the firm).

(iii). Limited Company

Copies of valid ID or passports of directors or signatories.
One recent coloured passport size photo of all signatories.
Copy of certificate of incorporation.
Copy of memorandum and articles of association.
List of present directors and shareholders duly certified by the company secretary.
Annexure D- Board Resolutions.
Copy of PIN of the company and directors/ signatories.

(iv). Trust/ Club/ Association/ NGO
