The proposed physical address of the company and other contact details such as email and telephone number.
Articles of association. This basically outlines the rules and regulations that will be key in running the company.
Objectives of the company.
Statement of nominal capital/notice of nominal capital share
Cessation form, which is only applicable to those who are upgrading their businesses to the limited company.
