According to a report by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) , Garissa county takes the lead as the most corrupt county in the country as Kisii county comes the second. Here is the full list ;

According to the report, the public officers in Kericho, Machakos, and Nandi were rated not very corrupt compared to their counterparts in other counties.
