According to a recent report released by Doctors without Borders ; Medicins San Frontieres (MSF) , 12 places in Nairobi have recorded the highest cases of rape. The report says that 92 percent of the cases reported were female victims (2,243 ) while 186 males reported being raped putting the percentage at 7.7 % .
