This is the Greensteds International School fee structure for the academic year 2025/2026. Greensteds International School is located along the Nakuru-Nairobi highway in Nakuru County, 16 km from Nakuru town. The prestigious school started as a junior school back in 1936 and has grown over the years to become a large institution offering education from playgroup to Year 13, using the British Curriculum.
It is divided into four sections: Early Years, Junior School, Senior School, and Sixth Form. Early Years has three classes: Crèche (aged 2-3 years), Nursery (aged 3-4 years), and Reception (aged 4-5 years). Junior School runs from Years 1 to 6, while Senior School covers Years 7 to 13.
Students can choose either boarding or day school options. Boarding is available for pupils from Year 1 to Year 13. Many students living near Greensteds often opt to be day scholars. A daily transport service is also available for them.
Greensteds International School has three terms: September to December, January to March, and April to July.
The fees outlined below are per term, and boarding fees include all accommodation, meals, and tuition. Textbooks and exercise books are provided, along with lunch and snack breaks for day students. All fees are stated in Kenyan Shillings.

- Lunch & AM and PM snacks: 2,000 per week
- Activity Fee for Years 1 - 6 : Ksh 2,000 per term
- Activity Fee for Years 7 - 13: Ksh 4,000 per term
- Development Levy: Ksh 10,000 per year
- A Level Science subjects: Ksh 5,000
- Transport: Ksh 30,000 - 66,000 depending on the route taken
- Flexi-boarding for Juniors: Ksh 2,500 Yrs 1 - 6, charged per night (max 14 days per term)
- Flexi-boarding for Seniors: Ksh 3,000 Yrs 7 - 11, charged per night (max 14 days per term)
- Flexi-boarding for Sixth Form: Ksh 3,500 Yrs 12 - 13, charged per night (max 14 days per term)
