This is a list of all licensed commercial banks in Kenya. A commercial bank is a financial institution that accepts deposits from the public and provides loans for investment with the aim of making a profit.
In Kenya, commercial banks are regulated and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya. The Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) is the largest bank in the country, with assets exceeding KSh 2.0 trillion. As of 2025, there are 39 licensed commercial banks in Kenya.
