2. It licenses and supervises the activities of Collective Management Organisations (CMOs).
3. It develops and runs promotion, awareness, and training programs on copyright and related rights, often collaborating with national and international organisations.
4. KECOBO reviews and strengthens copyright legislation and proposes improvements to keep the law effective and up to date.
5. The board maintains a comprehensive database of authors and their works.
