Here are the Kiunga Marine National Reserve entrance fees as of 2025. It is one of the five marine national parks in Kenya managed by KWS. The park is located on the northernmost part of Kenya’s coast in Lamu County. It borders the Boni and Dodori National Reserves.

Kiunga Marine National Reserve is made up of 50 islands. It features mangrove forests, mudflats, lagoons, dunes, beaches, seagrass beds, coral reefs, and dugong grass. The 270-square-kilometre reserve is home to varied fish species, Turtles, Lobsters, Sea urchins, lobsters, Sea cucumbers, Brittle stars, Sea stars, Dugongs, Crabs, and diverse birdlife.

Kiunga is an ideal destination for snorkelling, diving, swimming, windsurfing, sunbathing, and water skiing. While at the Kiunga Marine National Reserve, visit Kiwayu Island. The scenery is out of this world.

Fun Fact: Kiunga is home to the tallest mangrove trees in Kenya.
