Established in 2004, KMTC Kitui Campus is located 1 km away from Kitui town along Hospital Road, adjacent to Kitui County Referral Hospital. The campus provides a conducive learning environment and has achieved academic excellence.

The campus initially offered the Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN) program and has since expanded its offerings. Currently, the campus offers several programs and courses. Here is the list.

The campus boasts various facilities such as a computer laboratory with internet access, a demonstration laboratory for practical sessions, a modern skills laboratory, an administration block, a spacious and well-equipped library, a college bus, and a double cabin pickup. Additionally, it has a power backup generator.
