East African School of Aviation Fee Structure 2025

Here is the East African School of Aviation’s fee structure as of 2025. The East African School of Aviation (EASA) is one of the approved aviation training schools by the Kenya Aviation Authority. Founded in 1954 to train telegraphic and teleprinter operators, EASA is a directorate of the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA). It is located along Airport Road off North Road in Embakasi, Nairobi.

EASA offers a variety of programs, including aircraft maintenance (airframes and engines), avionics, AMEL, safety (GSI, surveillance, resolution of safety concerns), flight dispatch, EASA STPs, aviation medicine, aviation security, aeronautical engineering, telecommunication engineering, air cargo management, travel and tourism management, airport operations, flight operations, air passenger handling, aircraft maintenance, and aviation management degrees. These courses are offered in collaboration with Moi University.

The school is registered by the Ministry of Education as a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution and serves as an examination centre for KNEC technical examinations. Additionally, EASA has partnered with reputable aviation institutions such as the ATO (AATO), ICAO Regional Training Centre of Excellence (RTCE), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Air Transport Association (IATA), and ASTC to ensure high-quality training.

1. Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (Avionics Option)

Requirements: KCSE Mean Grade C- (with C- in Mathematics, English, and Physics)

Duration: 3 years
